To update your name in your User Profile please log into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and click on the "Edit" tab on your Profile page. You may register for a new exam once the changes have been made. 

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Exam Center” button on the home page, then click on “Register for Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Register for Exam page directly.
