I contacted you last week regarding the HUD Exam and the challenges facing taking he exam . I am scheduled to take the exam , but our IT person has stated that the difficulty is caused by the server not allowing the camera to work properly . I am requesting that my test be rescheduled again until we can identify a site to test from . Please advise the best course of action from this point .
