I took exam on 12/16/19 at network technology academy in Somerville. The date had contractor works there and made so noisy, I can't do well for my test, also when I start my test, I put the start key but nothing on the screen so I wait for 5 minutes and ask for help, that happen will take more minutes loss, I don't have enough time to back to review my test. However, I'm asking for a refund or free retest again, thank you for help.
