I’ve tried several times and ways to speak to someone live. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take the test and I wasn’t allowed to reschedule or cancel, the system would tell me to try in 24 hours. When I did, now I don’t have the option to select neither.
My computer froze when I downloaded sentinel and I need to bring it to Apple store for repair.
I’m inquiring about a refund, or to be credit to go in person to take the test.
Please advise.
