I was scheduled to take the certification exam last month on the 18th (12/18/19). However my employer (GPASS) laid me off on the 10th .. I have been issued a voucher , due to some technical difficulty testing while at our office . I am now employed with another agency ( Center In the Park ) and need to reschedule the exam again . I was in hopes of using the voucher that I had been issued for the previous exam , if possible . I am also in need of assistance changing my contact information
