I tried to take my exam 12/20. I was unable to get into the exam because the computer said I needed to download Kryterion software. My IT department informed me it was already uploaded to the laptop I was using. Nevertheless, I could not get into the exam. I tried to reach Kryterion support but didn't get a response on their customer service line. I need to schedule my exam and need to know how I may do so without paying $50 to reschedule. Thank you.
