To whom it may concern,

I am scheduled to take the HUD exam this Friday, but will need to cancel. I understand that the 72 hour window for a full refund has passed, but am wondering if an exception can be made given current circumstances.

I have been home sick the past couple days with flu-like symptoms and would not want to expose anyone, but going in to a testing center. Please advise regarding any solution there may be.
