Ticket from Vida Fielder - Certification Exam

I scheduled am online exam today June 6 2020 at 1pm. Every time I try to launch the exam, the system logs me out “due to system security” I called the technical support line, the rep told me download chrome, I did that did not work, he requested I disable my anti-virus software, I did but that did not fix the issue...What is the solution to this
