I am scheduled to take an on-line exam at 13:15 on 6/16/20 i.e. tomorrow and Kryterion says I am still scheduled, but when I access HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov I get a message saying I haven't scheduled yet. what is wrong? how do I get to access the test at my scheduled time?
