I passed my exam yesterday and went to the FHA site to register myself as a housing counselor. My Counselor Exam ID: MA91811877

The issue is that the agency I work for (I am the director) is not listed on the HUD site as a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency. In other words, I don't have an agency HCS ID to complete my application.

We have certification to teach Homebuyer Ed through CITIZENS' HOUSING AND PLANNING ASSOCIATION, INC. (CHAPA) Agency ID 81504. How does Housing Nantucket get on the list? Do I need to reach out to CHAPA directly?
