Ticket from Denise Page - Proctoring/Kryterion

I logged into my test yesterday. I completed everything and clicked Launch. At that point it tried to do the biometric scan. I tried tying my hair up since it wasn't down before. I tried rearranging the camera position and adding more light to the room. None of this works. I sat there trying for 17 minutes before I tried logging out and logging back-in. Then it told me I missed my appointment and that I need to reschedule. I don't feel that the trouble I had logging in is my fault. This has caused me a lot of frustration. My question is do I really need to pay again when the problem was not my fault?
