I'm trying to take the HUD housing counselor exam and am scheduled for 2:00pm today. I logged in through hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov, went through to the exam status center, and attempted to launch the exam. When I clicked the "Launch" button, the website took me to https://www.webassessor.com/wa.do, where I followed the instructions and clicked "Launch" again. This time, I was logged out and instructed to log back in again, but my credentials didn't work. When I clicked the "forgot password" link, it did not send any emails to my login email.

I'm supposed to be taking this exam right now, and also no one is on the support chat even though I've been waiting for about 15 minutes. Can someone help log me in ASAP?

I have sent this same message to two different Kryterion email addresses, and attempted to connect to online chat support, but no one answered.
