I was unable to take my exam because the Kryterion biometrics was having technically difficulties. I attempted to take my exam multiple times, however was unable to have the exam launched due to "incorrect keystrokes". I contacted Kryterion support, their phone support is unavailable until 8/15. I contacted the online chat feature and was/have been waiting to speak with someone for over 40 minutes. I have missed my exam time due to errors not my own. How can this be remedied?
