I have called to cancel my in person training for the HUD Housing Counselor exam (July 25) due to direct exposure regarding COVID19. Michael C. stated that I should receive an email to my istevenson@upo.org email address but I have not received one. Also, I am trying to do the online exam since I am quarantine for 14 days but is trying to order a camera that is required for the exam. Can some advise me when that payment will be refund and where can I retain a copy of the refunded confirmation for my records. I have a copy of the transcript from the chat we had late Friday night. If they need an email stating that I have been quarantine I can provide proof of that. I am not to return to work until August 7, 2020. I would like to apply that refund to the online class.
