Good morning,

I had originally scheduled my HUD exam for yesterday. After several hours of trying to get the system to download, I was unsuccessful. So I rescheduled for tomorrow @ 9am est. I paid the reschedule fee of $50.00 as shown below. However for some reason my rescheduled date is reflecting the same date/time as my original test. I am not seeing my test date for tomorrow showing when I log in. I am also still having issues with both work computer and home laptop getting the software to download. There is no one available to help by phone. Please help me get rescheduled without paying another reschedule fee. Thank you.
