I was scheduled to take the HUD Housing Counselor Exam on 7/31/2020 at 3:30 pm at Nextec (205 Van Buren St., Herdon, VA 20170). I arrived at 3:15 pm and was told I could not take the exam because they closed at 4 pm. She told me that someone was supposed to reschedule my test. However, I never received a call or email to reschedule. I had paid $100 to take this exam in person. I am trying to see how to get my money back so I can reschedule because the testing center refused to allow me to take the test.
