Description of Technical Issue or Feedback: I was scheduled to take Counselor Certification Exam August 1, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. When I pressed launch button it logged me out. I tried to logged back in was unsuccessful. Tried to reset password, and did not receive email to reset password, checked spam and junk mail nothing there. I told Jasmin on live chat she sent me the link . I did receive email to reset password. I launched exam kept looking at camera for over 15 minutes it was green on camera never changed screen to see exam. Tried to chat with someone was told to wait for the next available person no one came on. Exited out and went to assessment to launch exam again, there was notice that my time for exam had expired. This is not fair Kryterion-Sentiniel's system was not helpful to getting to the exam, and I shouldn't be penalized for this.
