This was the message that I got from the Kryterion Testing service. When I logged in to my exam center, I had no exam to launch. I called Kryterion customer support and got a message that I had no telephone customer service available, and I had to go to the Kryterion customer service website to get assistance, and then when I got to the customer service live chat support, no one answered.
