After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials at any other point (i.e. registering for an exam). 

Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor when you access Exam Registration or the Exam Status Center through the online Exam Pre-launch page.

You can access Webassessor's Exam Status Center by selecting Access Exam Details on the Exam tab of your user profile dashboard to complete your Biometrics Profile, download Sentinel Secure, and launch your exam.

If you are experiencing difficulties with completing a particular transaction on the site, we recommend trying a different web browser and/or clearing your browser's cache.
