I was scheduled to take my test at 2:00pm today. The camera would not do any face recognition. Went to chat with support and the computer froze up. Had to log out and then re-login again, it would not do face recognition. Went on the chat button and spoke with Ammon. He said there was two people in the room, which there wasn't at that time. He reset but I had to re login again. By time I did all that, I could not launch the test and I am out $60. Is there anyway, I can get the money refunded so I can take the test again
