I tried to reschedule or cancel my appointment due to an emergency, I tried to cancel on Saturday 12/26/2020 48 hours before the test, but then it was charging me $80 to cancel or reschedule.
The guidelines said up to 24 hours, and now within the 24 hours it charges me as well.

how may I may receive a refund or reschedule?
