I took the exam online today. It took a 1/2 hour to get a proctor when I did I was instructed that my mic was too loud. During the test there is no access to settings or anything else on my computer. I unplugged my mic to satisfy the issue only to be told that I would have to restart the process. It took almost 2 hours all together before I was even able to start my test. This is a semi stressful situation as it is; Why make it so much more difficult? All of this could have rattled me to a point where I would have been unable to pass my test. And then what? You would have made my company pay for it so that we were in compliance with you? This situation is so unacceptable, You guys need to do better. I was able to pass the test but I can only imagine how many other people are put in this situation and are already stressed about having to take a test and unable the process the exam properly.
