Extreme weather here in Denver. Issues with internet connectivity.

I have a scheduled exam for tomorrow at 9am, however we are having an extreme snow storm and having intermittent power and internet outages. My online proctored exam is tomorrow morning at 9am. My daughter's school is also closed and will need to attend to her as well. 3/15/2021. May I reschedule for Tuesday at the same time?
