Ticket from Kimberly Gillespie - Certification Exam

I lost my exam earlier today (around 3 or so). I was in the process of reviewing my answers and I it some back button of some sort that took me out of the test completely.. I hit the help button for assistance and it stated that assistance would be momentarily. After waiting and waiting approximately 10 min I tried again and it said assistance is not available please try again...after waiting a while longer and an error code of 404, I closed out and requested a chat...once chatting the rep asked if I wanted my test submitted...of course I said yes...well needless to say I failed. I was wondering if its possible to have my test rescheduled due to the technical difficulties and being unable to access immediate help or must I pay again to retake? Please advise..thank you
