Online modules: Resume/Complete
We are currently working to resolve a technical issue some are having with the course functionality that allows users to continue a course where they left off (upon opening a course, you should be presented with a pop-up box that asks if you’d like to resume the course where you left off). Until that issue is resolved, we suggest that you note the title of the screen you last viewed, and when returning the course, use the course Menu at the top left of each page to navigate to the topic you last viewed. You do not need to start the course again from the beginning.
We are also currently working to resolve a technical issue some are having with the display of course progress (“completed” vs “resume”). We hope to resolve this issue shortly. 
Please note that course completion information is solely for your use. Training is optional, and HUD does not require housing counselors to complete the courses before taking the exam, nor does it track individual user’s course progress or completion status.
