Ticket from Sonya Pritchett - Proctoring/Kryterion

Good morning,

Yesterday, I was administered the exam and it took me all day to complete the exam. I was interrupted and kicked out of the system from 10:00AM - 4:15PM. My test was scheduled and paid for an exam to begin at 10:00AM. I was waiting for over an hour before realizing I am not just waiting in the que, I am actually not going to get in to test at my required time. The wait message indicated I was in line and due to the large number of registered the wait time will exceed 15 minutes. I decided to hit the Help icon to see if there was an issue and it stated that my test was suspended and I should contact the customer service center.
Noting the time that had elapsed, I was prompted to close out of the system. I retreated to check my email to discover an email was sent to me at 10:18AM stating the video was reading an error message. I contacted the chat box and spoke with a representative (tech support). This went on for over 5 hours back and forth.
I did not feel comfortable and my testing preparation was interrupted so many times resulting in a "Fail" attempt. This is unacceptable. As you can see I have been administered this exam on 5 occasions and each time I have taken this exam, technical issues have plagued my ability to take an exam without interruptions.
As a professor, I have never seen such poor technical concerns when a primal test of this nature is being proctored.
I am asking for consideration of the faulty exam attempts to be "Exempt" and I be given the appropriate time and respect for a proctored exam without interruptions.
I would like to speak with a manager of the HUD Housing Counselor staff for consideration in this high important matter.
Thanking you in advance in your assistance in this high important matter as I am looking to resolve this issue expeditiously before the August 1st deadline.
Best regards,
Sonya Pritchett
