Hello,
I recently began employment with the Bloomington Housing Authority (IL) in April 2021. We did not have a housing counselor and as the FSS Coordinator, I became interested in becoming certified. I was not informed about the certification process until early July. Is there anyway someone can become certified after August 1st? There are in person exam is being offered after that day. Thank you.
