i tried to take the proctored exam and was interrupted 3 times 1, they said they couldn't see me but i could see myself in the camera, 2 the camera would work on my end and on the 3rd time they say i needed to pan my bedroom i told them that my camera is in my monitor. they insisted so i told them i would relocate my computer so i will be able to pan the area. i logged out relocated my computer got back on contacted the online customer service rep to relaunch me test and was told that they couldn't do so and i had to contact you guys. can you please have them open my exam back up so i can complete the test.
