Ticket from Dora Drake - Proctoring/Kryterion

Yesterday, we attempted to log in for the exam however we could not gain access even with using a different computer. We tried to chat via support but did not get connected with an agent. Additionally, we tried to reset the password many times and never even received a link via email. The exam was at 3:45. After many attempts, we tried calling customer service at 4:30 and it was closed (ET).
