I was registered to take the HUD test online. After having 11!!! YES, 11! online chats with Kryterion support, they told me that I will not be able to access the test online because Virtualization is enable and Sentinel does not work with this feature. I asked if it can be turned off, and the agent, Jason P. said that it cannot be turned off. I need to reschedule this test to be taken inperson, but there is not an option to do so. Please advise.
