Zulieka Boykin completed the assessment and passed the Housing Counseling Certification on August 3, 2020. However, she has been unable to obtain her certificate after following the steps listed in the email she received.

Please assist us in obtaining this certification and placing Ms. Boykin in the system as a Certified Housing Counselor and let us know what information you may need.
