I am having issues with understanding where I stand with my understanding of Housing Counselor training. I took the practice exam, but the response for areas that I need to improve on do not satisfy my questions on where I stand in those areas. Giving me the response that, "Additional study is needed" does not enlighten me on where my lack of understanding is. Am I missing the core concept? Am I making an arithmetic error? According to my knowledge assessment I have "above average" understanding in each of the levels of understanding except for level 3, but based on my scores (or lack thereof) from my practice exam I am significantly lacking in understanding of multiple areas of the exam. I guess the main problem is I don't know where areas I have complete understanding in, areas where I have an understanding but it is a little bit lacking, and areas where I am absolutely clueless in. I think the practice exam would benefit greatly from having an answer key included afterwards, like the knowledge assessment, and a better explanation on where more understanding in the topic areas are needed.
