Ticket from Anonymous - Certification Exam

Hello. I took the exam and passed 2 months after I started at my new company. My email at that time was Pamela.Gilbert@eesforjobs.com. 1-3 months later my email changed to pamela.gilbert@thejourney-forward.org. THE eesforjobs email is no longer valid. How do I change it within your system. Thanks.
