My co-worker, Aliya Vance, and I are registered to take the HUD Housing Counselor Cert Exam in December. This past weekend Aliya suffered a stroke and is in the hospital. Thus, she needs to post-pone her exam. Since we work together, I am fulfilling both her and my roles at the moment so I will also need to push my exam date back due to this unforeseen circumstance. Is it possible to reschedule the exam for a later date free of charge? I am happy to provide any information necessary.
