Ticket from Ryan Hull - Certification Exam

One of our employees, Ryan Hull, had an exam scheduled for 12/17/21 @ 615pm CST. He wasn’t feeling well so we moved it to tonight, 12/20 @ 615pm. When I went to turn on the computer it doesn’t have an exam for him tonight and didn’t show that I had bought one recently. I bought another one for tonight and was racking my brain knowing that it was scheduled and re-scheduled for tonight and when I went to get my receipt I noticed that it now says there was one on Friday that is expired. Can you refund me for tonight and let him take the new one I scheduled at 615 tonight please?
