Hello.
I was scheduled to take an online exam on Jan. 2 but my grandmother passed away on Christmas day, her funeral was Jan. 1st and I was so busy with the funeral and family that I completely forgot about the exam. I hadn't checked my emails for almost two weeks.
I see my missed my exam and I want to ask if it's possible to reschedule the exam without having to pay.
I was always on top of the exams, attentive to the dates but our office is small and we are without a business manager so I've been filling that role as well and neglected my housing counseling role. But I need to take this exam and am ready to reschedule.
