I have had so many issue with taking my exams and spent hours trouble shooting b4 I would take my exam. I have spoken with several tech and they have helped me get on to take the exam. Can someone look into this for me. Today with all of the trouble shooting my keyboard didn't work when I was giving the proctor my ID she want me to type back to her, and I told her my keyboard didn't work she said it was ok. It wasn't ok I had to take the exam with no use to my white board along with the headache I got from trouble shooting to get to my exam. My keyboard worked b4 the exam that's how I was able to speak with a tech Ashley. It is now fix I had to undue the setting that was turned off to get me into the exam.
This tech support said that I need to speak with Bixal I hope this is the write department.
