Ticket from Nora Trujillo - Kryterion/Webassessor

Logged in to take my test 2-11-22 and when i launched the test it asked for an administrator email and password. Our computer support put the information in and the system would not let it go any further. I was unaware that this issue would come up. I have talked to our computer support center and Kryterion about the situation. Kryterion stated that there would have been no way of knowing that the issue would have occurred without launching the test. I would like to reschedule to take the HUD exam and am hoping there is a way to either receive a voucher or coupon since the initial test issue was not my error.
