Ticket from kendrick Baker - Certification Exam

I experienced an issue taking the exam on April 7th. The system had a “ glitch” that kicked me off the screen on my 80th question. I was able to log back in, however my time ran out before I could answer the next question. I believe we should be compensated/reimbursed for this system glitch as it caused me not to be able to complete the exam.
