There is no record of a payment for an exam under your name. You may need to try again.
When you schedule and pay for your exam, you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of your exam appointment, the location for your testing center (if you are taking it in person), and the amount paid for your exam. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.
