I'm not able to access my online exam, I followed all the procedures, download sentinell/kryterion took down the firewall and anti-viruses. Made my camera and microphone compatible and will not let me select the option of using audio/video to access my test several times. I tried different computers, had three different IT personnel assist me and still no help can I credit the $60 towards an in person test?
