My name is Janice Sheckles I was scheduled to take the certification exam on Friday July 23rd at 9:45am. On the day before I followed the pre-testing guidelines to and double checked to make sure my computer was set up and ready to go. I have a new MAC computer that is compatible to most/all software. On the morning of the test, I was not successful at logging onto he exam as I kept getting an error message from 9:35, which is when the launch button appeared. I contacted support after several attempts and the journey of providing them with screen shots, logging in constantly as well as trying a different logon and password led all parties to believe the best thing for me to do is to complete the certification in person. The final teach stated he took detailed notes and because nothing appeared wrong my end it appeared to be system error and I can reschedule with no additional fees. Are you able to see the notes form Kryterion tech chat? I have already paid $60.00, and because of the issues that can be verified I do not what to lose my $60 as well as I shouldn't have to pay an additional fee for something I did was not my issue.
