Zuhey Rivera called to have her exam changed from online to a testing center. She was one of the candidates that was affected by the website connection error. She was away and did not respond with a time to be rescheduled, therefore she was rescheduled for the next available date and time. She wanted to change venue because she did not want to have the same connection issues she experienced. We assured her that the issue has since been resolved. She insisted that she wanted to take the exam at a testing location.
