The virtual PLACEHOLDER location defaults to Phoenix, Antarctica, which is a made-up location used to hold your exam reservation until you reschedule or the selected test center reopens.

You are free to reschedule your exam to an open test center at a date and time convenient to you or cancel your exam for a full refund and purchase the online version. Please review the No Shows and Cancellations Policy before rescheduling and the online exam details before choosing to take the exam online.
