Ticket from Katie Devall - Kryterion/Webassessor

Apparently there is something wrong with my name on my webassesor. My name is Kaitlyn Devall. I have already been through this one time and now this will be the second. On my ID my name is Kaitlyn and the last person said it was an issue so I am assuming they changed my name to Katie on there since I go by that for short. However, this is not the correct name and it should have never been changed to that. I also need to know about a refund for both times this has happened. If my name was in as Kaitlyn last week then I do not understand how this was an issue. Now again I have this issue even though I received a confirmation email over this. Please I need my name changed to Kaitlyn. That is my name on my ID not Katie.
