For the third I have tried to take the exam and have come across the issue of them not being able to verify my identity. My name is Kaitlyn Devall I have been informed 2 days ago that my name on my account was under Kaitlyn and should have no issues. I went to take the exam again today and came across the same situation. I talked to a supervisor through Kryterion and they have stated my name was changed to Katie. I did not give anyone permission to change my name on my account to Katie nor did anyone ever reach out to me to inform me it had been changed. This is now my third time reaching out to get this issue resolved. You guys sent me an email 2 days ago stating my name was in as Kaitlyn and had not been changed, but then being informed today that on the 6th it was changed to Katie I do not understand how this happened. I really need to take this exam and not have this added stress. I have the copy of every email I have received and also the chat saved with the supervisor from Kryterion. Please reach back out as soon as you can so we can get this resolved so I can take my exam. This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. My name is Kaitlyn and should have only ever been Kaitlyn seeing as that is the name on my ID. Thanks.
