Good Morning,

I recently passed the HUD Housing Counselor Exam. I transferred the results to FHA Connection and received an exam ID #. A few hours later I received an email saying I was denied because they could not locate my SSN #. I work for a HUD Housing Counseling Agency. The Agency # is M80373. Another issue that came up during this process is; the agency application coordinator is unable to access FHA Connection with the login info she previously used, and it will not allow her to reset or create a new login. So she won’t be able to verify my employment. Who do we contact to resolve these issues?
