Ticket from Julio Lopez-Rodriguez - Certification Exam

Good morning,

I'm Julio Lopez, and I'm the lead trainer for my HUD certified agency. One of my counselors has been trying to get certified for the last couple of weeks and unfortunately has not been able to pass. Last Friday we tried to schedule his 10th attempt and we received an error saying that he reached his max attempts. We tried calling the help desk multiple times during your hours of operation but unable to reach to anyone.
Is there a way that his attempts can be rest so that he can try again?
