My staff member had a certification exam today 4/25 at 10am EST and was not connected to a proctor. We live chatted with Kryterion and had trouble with their connection. There was no resolution and my staff was logged in before 10am, ready to go. She would like to reschedule her HUD exam date and time but her option to reschedule isn't available anymore.
