I am trying to reschedule my HUD exam, but after going through the rescheduling process, my new and correct exam date does not update. Can you please help me?

I want to reschedule my exam for Wednesday 5/3/23. I tried rescheduling an hour or so ago, and it changed my exam to 4/3/24 instead of 5/3/23 like I intended.
